I brought my new Silverado into the service department today for my complimentary oil change & tire rotation. Upon completion, I did a walk around the truck checking lug nuts, oil level ect. It all appeared good except for oily finger prints on the hood, front fender, door handle, & steering wheel! I went back into the service department & mentioned this oversight to Kevin Risley. Kevin apologized & offered to clean it up. I had already done so! I suggested for the technician to carry a clean rag in his pocket! I left & returned to work. A few hours later I noticed a couple half dollar sized oil spots under my truck. Upon inspection it appeared to be old oil...again a rag should have been used. I also noticed the truck wasn't lubed. I would like this to be done as soon as possible. I believe there are nine zerks and require the front shroud to be removed to get to some of them. Sorry for being so long winded...but that's how my first experience with your service department went. Thank you
